WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT KRISTIN

KIRK ADAMS, President and CEO, American Foundation for the Blind (AFB)

Kristin Fleschner is a captivating speaker who knows how to intricately weave storytelling ability with personal and professional life experiences. At the American Foundation for the Blind Leadership Conference in 2019, Kristin delivered a presentation titled Ending Sight-splaining, in which she shed light on the systemic barriers facing people with vision loss seeking employment. As an organization that seeks to create a world of No Limits for people who are blind or visually impaired, we need more Kristin Fleschners sharing this critical message. Her approach in knocking down barriers aligns beautifully with AFB’s own mission and current strategic direction to improve employment outcomes for people who are visually impaired – not just getting jobs, but creating fulfilling careers. Her engaging talks should be heard by everyone.

Kristin Fleschner is an amazing leader and motivational speaker. Her accomplishments speak for themselves and they are part of a life characterized by persistence and determination to excel. Ms. Fleschner inspired graduates of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College when she spoke at the Commencement ceremony and received an honorary degree. She embodies the values that we hold dear!

DOTTIE KING, President, Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College

Kristin was the perfect speaker for our sorority's annual Founders Day event! She captivated the attention of 100+ women ranging in age from 18 to 83, and I've received nothing but positive feedback from the attendees. Kristin's speech was customized for our group in a meaningful way, and we'd gladly have her back to another event to share more of her story.
